Hair Color in Delray Beach
Balayage & Highlights, Gloss and Color Correction in Delray Beach. The work Pier Blondie is known for, and what most of our reviews are about.

Blonde first, and everything around it
Color is the specialty at Pier Blondie, a hair salon in Delray Beach, Florida. Most of the work is blonde: balayage, foil highlights, root bleach and the toning that keeps blonde looking clean. The same colorists do gray coverage, all-over color, lowlights and color correction.
Every color appointment starts with a consultation. You hear the plan and the price before anything is mixed, and if your goal takes more than one visit, we say so.

Before you book
- What does balayage cost here?
- Balayage and ombre start at $275. The final price depends on hair length, density and how much lift your starting color needs.
- How often does balayage need refreshing?
- Every 12 to 16 weeks for most clients, with a gloss or toner every 6 to 8 weeks in between. Balayage grows out softly, which is the point.
- What is the difference between balayage and highlights?
- Balayage is painted by hand for a blended, lived-in result. Foil highlights are more structured and lift closer to the root. Many clients get both in one appointment.
- Can you fix color from another salon?
- Yes. Corrective color is billed hourly, from $100 an hour, and always starts with a consultation, because the plan depends on what is already on the hair.
- How long should I wait to wash after coloring?
- Wait 48 hours, then use a sulfate free shampoo. Hot water and sulfates are the two fastest ways to strip a fresh tone.
